DocuLens is designed to support keyboard use, visible focus, readable contrast, browser and application zoom, and clear status and error text. Accessibility is treated as a release requirement, not an optional visual enhancement.

Product boundary

DocuLens report workflows require a supported desktop version of Microsoft Word. Word on the web is not supported and displays only an unsupported-host notice. Accessibility also depends on the capabilities of the installed Word version and its embedded webview.

Known limitations

Complex image-region drawing and visual callout placement can require spatial judgment. DocuLens provides keyboard-accessible controls and textual state where practical, and continues to test these workflows with representative desktop Word configurations.

Contact DocuLens support and include the DocuLens version, desktop Word version, operating system, assistive technology, and the action you were attempting. Do not send confidential documents, photographs, passwords, or activation keys.
